Standard Items: If you're dissatisfied with your purchase of standard items, you may return them to us within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
Made-to-Measure Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on made-to-measure items. We take extra care to create custom products tailored to your specifications, and therefore, they are non-returnable.
