At Emerald Blinds and Curtains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your made-to-measure blinds and curtains, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our policy below for details:

Refunds:

Standard Items: If you're dissatisfied with your purchase of standard items, you may return them to us within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Made-to-Measure Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on made-to-measure items. We take extra care to create custom products tailored to your specifications, and therefore, they are non-returnable.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Inform us of your intention to return your items by contacting our customer service team immediately. You will need to provide your order number to help us locate your purchase easily.
2. Include Order Details: If you still have the original paperwork included in your order, please return it along with the items. This paperwork contains your order number and essential details that will expedite the return process.
3. Pack Your Items: Ensure that the items you're returning are unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund for standard items.
